Sunday Morning....

I mentioned in my previous post that Papa Bear had gone out for the night Saturday night and we girls had a rough night, that lasted until early, early morning before he got home. Once he was home and passed out on the bed we were still up and so very exhausted we couldn't sleep! Has that ever happened to you? Your mind is tired, your body is tired, but you just can't sleep....

So I blog hopped and found some really fun and interesting reads... and the girls...
Lena laid on the couch.......
and watched CC play one of their new Wii games......

Then CC decided she wanted cinnamon rolls. Well, there was no where open that early on Sunday that we could drive through (we were NOT getting dressed after being up all night) to go in anywhere....so we decided to get in the car JUST the way we were.....
No hair brushing or changing of clothes...hey, I'm just trying to keep it real!!!
I did put on...umm... the appropriate undergarments if you know what I mean.... heaven forbid I would have had to step out of the car for any reason... so here I am in my night shirt and hubby's basketball shorts!
The sun was soooo bright. It was fun to watch the dark sky turn different shades of blue and the day began...
And we three tired girls ended up here......
And bought these goodies....

We went home, ate, blog hopped, Wii and then all three of US passed out! I did my best to do some cleaning. CC decided she wanted pancakes..so there I was at (note the time on the clock 4:08 pm) making my baby pancakes...
Our bank helps out underprivileged children and their families. This year we "adopted" a 9 yr old boy. Our department bought his school wardrobe and school supplies. I am so happy that we are able to take that burden off of his mother! This is how beautiful the sky looked when we came home from buying his pants..
Lena told me over and over yesterday that she had so much fun and even though we were so tired, it was the best day ever. We laughed and giggled about such silly, dumb things... we just enjoyed being together and being silly. She said she wishes we could do that every weekend, it was so fun! I do too.. I just don't want to be so tired!!!

I'm home today because my car wouldn't start. I think the battery is dead. Mom's coming over to take me to get a new one.
I found this fun picture editing website, Picnik. I have been playing with it all morning. It's free, you don't even have to register. And it can connect to retrieve pictures you have in Photobucket or Picaso or Flickr. Very fun website!!
