Rednesday... Dresses!!

Yesterday evening the girls and I along with my mother decided to go visit the Witte mueseum. You can see much more pictures here... about 70 to be exact!

One section of the museum is titled Royal Garden. Displayed there are several dresses from Fiesta Queens throughout the years. I grabbed my phone and snapped away...because of course I left my camera at home...

I knew these dresses would be perfect for Rednesday!

The detail and beading are just amazing!!

I imagine the dresses must be very hot and heavy to wear!
This dress is by far my favorite....

I fell so hard in love with it... there were more elaborate dresses... but this one....

completely took my heart....

That train was to die for!!!
This dress has more purple in it....
but the red accents were too pretty to ignore....
And the reddest for last....
gorgeous!!!!

just beautiful!!
I plan on posting more for Pink Saturday. There were just so many beautiful dresses I couldn't put them all in one post. The last post was so picture heavy it took quite a while to put up!!
I am so happy to participate in Rednesday...it's been a while. Since I'm not working any longer (for now at least), I plan to really enjoy my blog!!!
Thank you Sue for hosting this red funness each week. I may not always join in the party, but I do enjoy snooping around!! Visit more red posts here!

Wow-those dresses are fantastic. Can you imagine wearing one? Really beautiful. I love the same one that you do-the roses are wonderful!

What fantastic looking dresses!! All the detail works is just amazing. Reminds me of the First Lady Dress display at the Smithsonian.
